MEET THE STAFF
LAURA SMITH
Laura specializes in working with female adolescents with complex clinical presentations including trauma, oppositional defiance, attachment/adoption, ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and body image issues, substance abuse, sexual identity, and challenging family relationships.
Laura has over 10 years counseling experience including counseling in an adolescent residential treatment center, counseling crisis call center, in-school day treatment therapist supervisor for youth at risk of expulsion, private practice working with teens and families, clinical supervisor of an out-patient child & family program, and teaching master’s level counseling courses.
